I'll keep this short since there's about a novel's worth of information scattered around the website for you to read. I just want to say how incredibly excited I am for Run Team Kina and I hope you'll come along with me!
Since June is the official race month, this means for most of you training will begin sometime in February. You'll have to count backwards from the race date to see when you should start depending on how many weeks your training program is. If you aren't currently in an exercise routine, use January to slowly get your body accustomed to walking/running and work your way up to February.
Take advantage of the training programs and coaches! We'll be building out the Running FAQs as we go along as well as an additional resource.
Also, check out the forum! The more we share and interact the more we can inspire and support keep each other accountable for our goals.
Any personal goal is a goal worth working on, and now is as good a time as any to start.
